Our {CREATOLOGISTS} strive for excellence in sign making. However, due to the organic nature of our medium, insignificant flaws may occur and cannot be controlled. Wood is a natural product and with that comes interesting patterns in the grain, knots, blemishes, cracks, the appearance of sap and other characteristics inherent with wood and handcrafting. Further wood may absorb stain and colors differently and there may be some bleeding of paint. This is due to many factors such as age, origin, humidity levels and of course application of materials. Due to variations in monitors, actual colors may vary from online colors. If this is a concern, we encourage you to visit our studio during studio hours to view actual samples. We embrace imperfections and want you to be aware that these may occur on your final piece. This is a custom handcrafted piece, there are NO refunds.*

Additionally, we support fellow artists and studios and do not copy their works of art. You are welcome to use another piece of art as inspiration and a starting point, but know that we will put our own creative twist on the project.*
